Cupertino Radius | Bay Area Preorder | Shipping Options - what's the difference?

Cupertino Radius: To be eligible for this option, you must be located within 12 miles of our Cupertino shop. The ordering platform and menu varies from our Bay Area Preorders. Orders typically arrive within 30 -45 minutes after you place your order.

Bay Area Preorders: For orders outside of our Cupertino radius. We offer free pick-up in 6 different meeting points and also offer deliveries on Mondays. We have selected a limited menu for this option due to the distance and travel time. See next section for more info.

Shipping: Via UPS nationwide to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Visit mamaliangs.com to ship!

FREE Pick-ups are available at 6 different meeting points: EMERYVILLE, FREMONT, SAN MATEO, STONESTOWN, WALNUT CREEK, & DUBLIN. Each location pick-up happens every 4 weeks. You can select your pick-up location at check-out and will be notified via email with confirmation details.

*Order cut-off time: 5:00pm the day before the pick-up date (ie. Final order at 5:00pm FRIDAY for SATURDAY pick-up)

Deliveries to Zones 1-4 are on Mondays. This option does incur a $8-12 delivery fee dependent on your address.

Can I use the same rewards for your Cupertino shop?

Due to technical limitations, we are not able to integrate our Cupertino Radius Rewards program with our Bay Area Preorders Rewards program. Our website is only accessible for Bay Area Preorders. Please note: Cupertino Reward points cannot be combined or transferred to the Bay Area Preorders Reward points.

I am in the Bay Area, but am unavailable for pickup and Monday deliveries do not work for me.

What protocols have you put in place with COVID-19?

Cupertino orders are completely contactless. We have not offered dine-in since lockdown in March 2020. Ordering and payment are handled electronically with minimal interaction with our employee.

Bay Area Preorders pick-ups are also completely contactless. We offer trunk drop-off as the default. If you'd like us to pass it over on the passenger side, please note in comments.
